If both Mooney and Devine can score at least a half-century, then Perth will have a strong chance. The team just needs a consistent middle order batting lineup.
When it comes to the bowling side of things, there’s no immediate concern, as every bowler has managed to get at least one wicket. Alana King (3 wickets) and Chloe Ainsworth (4 wickets) are perhaps the most reliable and should make light work of the inexperienced Hobart batters.

One major thing to take note of is that their leading scorer from last season, du Preez (380 runs), is now gone. This is a big void to fill, and even if Lee (296 runs) and Graham (258 runs) are capable batters, we’re still wondering who will be the No. 1 player for this team.
Strano (18 wickets last season) remains with the team and should be the biggest concern of the Scorchers, but keep an eye out for Ismail as well, as she is a talented pace bowler who can cause trouble.
