Most of the batters are in good form for the Brisbane Heat. Grace Harris is the leading run-scorer for the team. Georgia Redmayne, Mignon du Preez, Georgia Voll, and Charli Knott have contributed to the team at various stages of the tournament. However, the team will need at least a couple of them to play a big inning.

Nicola Hancock and Courtney Sippel make up for a potent new-ball attack, picking up 18 wickets between them. Jess Jonassen will head the pace attack with 10 wickets while Charli Knott has picked up 7.

The defending champions from the last season have performed well in this edition too, winning 6 of the 8 matches played so far. They enjoy a narrow 1-point lead over the Sydney Thunder W.

Katie Mack is in good form for the Strikers and is among the leading run-scorers of the tournament with 316 runs. She, along with Laura Woolvardt makes up for a strong opening pair. Tahlia McGrath and Bridget Patterson have played a couple of good innings in the middle order.

However, the other batters like Danielle Gibson and Georgia Adams will need to play better. One of the Strikers’ biggest strengths is its bowling. Amanda Jade-Wellington is the leading wicket-taker with 13 wickets, while Anesu Mushangwe has given her excellent support at the other end.

Megan Schutt has been very consistent with the new ball and has 12 wickets against her name.
