Sri Lanka will go into this match on the back of a convincing victory over Zimbabwe Under-19 earlier in the tournament. Another victory here, against another African nation, will put the Sri Lankans a step closer to advancing to the next stage of the competition.

Dinura Kalupahana was Sri Lanka Under-19's standout performer with the bat against Zimbabwe. He hit a commanding 60 in the middle order, which was especially important after the top three batters shared a mere 10 runs. Kalupahana received solid support from Sharujan Shanmuganathan's 41 not out.

Malsha Tharupathi then shone with the ball en route to figures of four for 17 in four overs as Sri Lanka limited Zimbabwe to a mere 89 all out. Sri Lanka rotated their bowlers well, ensuring all got reasonable opportunity despite needing to bowl a mere 21.1 overs amid Zimbabwe's demise.

Sri Lanka, little doubt, will bowl plenty of spin against Namibia this time. They did so against Zimbabwe and it's typical of teams from the sub-continent. Tharupathi and Ruvishan Perera could be instrumental again after sharing 60 percent of the 10 wickets taken last time.

Namibia U19

Namibia will be eager to bounce back from recent defeat to Australia, who are among the title favourites. Yes, the Namibians lost the match, but they were impressive with the ball after failing with the bat. Australia only won by four wickets after reaching 95 for six in response to Namibia's 91 all out.

Zacheo van Vuuren and Alexander Busing-Volschenk were Namibia's top run-scorers against the Aussies with 29 and 21, respectively. Both batters will know they should have converted promising starts into half-centuries and beyond. Here's their chance to do just that against Sri Lanka.

Jack Brassell all but had the Australians worried with three early wickets and could be in for another big performance here. The right-arm seamer looks to be relishing conditions in South Africa, where extra pace and accuracy can be consistently rewarded.

Namibia were in contention to upset Australia Under-19 earlier this tournament, but ultimately didn't. Here, they can potentially stun Sri Lanka. But it's going to take a tremendous effort from the team - individually and collectively. This is bound to be an entertaining contest, regardless.
