It was a clinical performance by the home team, especially by the bowlers, as they limited the visitors to a below-par total.
Brydon Carse, who was making his T20 debut in this match, bowled a scintillating spell, picking up 3 wickets. Together with Sam Curran and Luke Wood, he makes up for a solid pace attack. The spinners did an excellent job of drying up the runs to put pressure on New Zealand.
