Total Sixes in Match - Under 18.5
We really like this betting market and think this is a great opportunity to go big. CSK has been woeful with the bat and MI has not really been the most fluent either. The Over/Under line is far too high and gives you a great chance of winning.
CSK Total Runs After 10 Overs - Under 91.5
We have been very successful betting against CSK this season, especially its batting. This is another opportunity to do the same. CSK has the worst popwerplay record in IPL 2025 and we don't see it going above 9 runs an over for the first 10 overs.
MI and CSK will renew what is perhaps the most awaited rivalry in IPL. Both teams have had an amazing success over the years but find themselves struggling to reach those heights. Currently, CSK sits at the bottom of the IPL table with just two wins from seven matches. MI is also in the bottom half with three wins from its seven matches. A win in this match is going to be crucial for both teams to being back their campaign on track.

The overall head to head between MI and CSK is 21-18 in favor of MI. If we just look at the recent matches, though, CSK has won five out of its previous six matches against MI (including one earlier this season).
This match can be watched live on the JioHotstar App and Star Sports Network.
The Mumbai Indians have won their previous two matches and seem to be just getting the momentum they need. It is not a coincidence that the wins have come after Jasprit Bumrah has made a comeback into the lineup. He was at his brilliant best against SRH and kept the most dangerous batting lineup of the competition very quiet.
With Trent Boult, Mitch Santner, Hardik Pandya, and Deepak Chahar in the lineup, MI has a lot of quality to call upon. Will Jacks also bowled brilliantly and the confidence may translate into some positive results with the bat also.
Rohit Sharma's lack of runs remains a concern but he is certainly not lacking intent. Ryan Rickelton and Will Jacks have also not been the top tier performers that MI would have been expecting. That means SKY (looking out of form and struggling for fluency), Tilak Varma, and Hardik Pandya become the core of the lineup.
Naman Dhir has also done well to add some depth. Overall, though, this batting lineup is currently vulnerable and can be taken down with some smart plans.
Ryan Rickelton (wk), Will Jacks, Suryakumar Yadav, Tilak Varma, Hardik Pandya (c), Naman Dhir, Mitchell Santner, Deepak Chahar, Trent Boult, Jasprit Bumrah, Karn Sharma
CSK was led to an unexpected victory in the previous match with some brilliant MS Dhoni leadership. There is no doubt that his return has galvanized the team but the fact is that Dhoni is working with a squad that has serious limitations.
He did not hesitate to drop Ashwin from the lineup, a much-needed decision, but we were surprised that Devon Conway was also dropped. Dhoni is clear that he needs intent at the top and that is where Shaik Rasheed comes in.
Whether youngster can be a consistent threat at the top remains to be seen. Adding Jamie Overton down the order also gives CSK some depth. MS Dhoni is also still very good with the bat. He scored 26 of just 11 balls in the previous match to help CSK win against LSG.
Despite some positive results in the previous match, CSK's batting is just too weak with players like Rahul Triopathi, Vijay SHankar, and Ravindra Jadeja all batting in the top order. Shivam Dube also needs to find a way to combat high pace otherwise he will keep struggling also.
CSK's bowling is better balanced. Noor Ahmad has been brilliant and Matheesha Pathirana adds some quality at the depth. Khaleel Ahmed, Anshul Kamboj, and Ravindra Jadeja round out a decent bowling unit that can ask some tough questions.
Shaik Rasheed, Rachin Ravindra, Rahul Tripathi, Vijay Shankar, Ravindra Jadeja, Jamie Overton, MS Dhoni (c & wk), Anshul Kamboj, Noor Ahmad, Khaleel Ahmed, Matheesha Pathirana
Two out of the three matches played at the Wankhede have been won chasing. We think that is going to be the preferred options for the captain that wins the toss.
The conditions at the Wankhede Stadium have always been in favor of the batters. The sioxe of the ground is tiny and there are a lot of boundaries that are hit. If we look at the pitch, that is also very flat and allows the batters to hit through the line.
We did see the surface slow down in the previous match and that could bring the bowlers into play also. There is a bit of rain around in Mumbai and the humidity is predicted to be high for this match also. Hopefully, we have no interruptions.
We are going to bet on Mumbai Indians to win. They are an inherently stronger team than the Chennai Super Kings. The batting lineup for MI has a lot more power and depth while the bowling is very dangerous with Jasprit Bumrah available to play.
MI vs CSK win percentage stands at 60% in favor of MI.
