DC vs GT Match Preview
The Titans and Capitals each have just two wins to show for their last five IPL matches. Neither team have particularly good form at the moment. Gujarat are still trying to repeat their title success from 2022. Delhi are still chasing a maiden IPL title. This is sure to be an intriguing showdown.
You could pick at least two of Delhi's top three batters in your Dream11 team. David Warner has returned from injury and Prithvi Shaw is a solid impact player. For some genuine batting firepower, go for Jake Fraser-McGurk. The Australian hit 65 off just 18 balls against the Sunrisers Hyderabad recently and has weighed in with other brisk knocks.
Elsewhere among the Delhi XI, look to Kuldeep Yadav. He is one of the best left-arm wrist-spinners at the tournament. His previous match brought a four-wicket haul. Before that, he completed a three-for. Yadav knows how to succeed in conducive conditions in Delhi.
Among your seamers, go for Mohit Sharma and Khaleel Ahmed. Each have taken 10 wickets this season. Sharma has plenty of experience and Ahmed is among the best left-armers in the 2024 IPL. Sharma from Gujarat and Ahmed from Delhi are excellent Dreram11 tips candidates.
Shubman Gill is another outstanding option. He has been empowered with the bat after taking over as Titans captain. He'll have another opportunity to score quickly and freely during the opening powerplay - and perhaps add to the two half-centuries he has already collected this IPL season.
Rahul Tewatia is another name worth putting in your Dream11 team. He is not one for scoring big runs, but he adds plenty of value late in the innings when quick boundaries are needed. He has done this time and time again for the Titans as one of the best finishers in IPL cricket.
