South Africa Women and Bangladesh Women were robbed of a three-match contest by wet weather in Kimberley during their T20I series. Now, in Benoni, they have the chance to settle the score in the intermediate format of the international game.
Anneke Bosch and Sune Luus have been the top run-scorers for South Africa this series. Bosch was particularly impressive en route to 65 not out - and the player of the match award - in the second ODI. Batting at number three, she would appreciate another solid foundation from openers Tazmin Brits and Laura Wolvaardt.
South Africa have not bowled out Bangladesh this series. The hosts have only taken seven wickets. Their top bowler has been Marizanne Kapp, whose mere two wickets is double the number taken by any other bowler from the home side. That's a telling statistic that the hosts would like to improve.

Khatun, too, is a world-class all-rounder. Alongside Nahida Akter, Khatun is Bangladesh's top wicket-taker this series. They have snared three wickets each. Rabeya Khan and Sultana Khatun, meanwhile, have weighed in with two wickets each.
All four bowlers will know how key it is going to be to get the better of the opposition's top order this time. Wolvaardt and company were hardly troubled in the fixture earlier this week, unlike during the series opener. Conditions in Benoni should prove a hefty challenge for the Bangladesh bowlers.

Hoque hit a sterling century in the second match, even if it came rather slowly. She should open the batting again and have another opportunity to score quickly during the powerplay. Hoque was also in fine form against Pakistan Women before this tour of South Africa.
