There will be plenty of options to consider for this key fixture. Let's see what the betting markets and cricket odds have in store.

South Africa Women vs Bangladesh Women

The Proteas Women have four victories to Bangladesh Women's one in their last five ODI meetings. Three of those fixtures were won by the team batting first.

South Africa Women

South Africa Women and Bangladesh Women were robbed of a three-match contest by wet weather in Kimberley during their T20I series. Now, in Benoni, they have the chance to settle the score in the intermediate format of the international game.

Anneke Bosch and Sune Luus have been the top run-scorers for South Africa this series. Bosch was particularly impressive en route to 65 not out - and the player of the match award - in the second ODI. Batting at number three, she would appreciate another solid foundation from openers Tazmin Brits and Laura Wolvaardt.

South Africa have not bowled out Bangladesh this series. The hosts have only taken seven wickets. Their top bowler has been Marizanne Kapp, whose mere two wickets is double the number taken by any other bowler from the home side. That's a telling statistic that the hosts would like to improve.

The Proteas Women will take a lot of confidence from the fact that they were successful with a chase in the second match. Their pursuit failed in the series opener and here, in the final fixture, they might have to bat second for a third successive time.

Bangladesh Women

While the current scoreline doesn't necessarily reflect this, Bangladesh Women have made big strides this tour. Away from home and in foreign conditions, they have challenged the series favourites time and time again. Here's their last opportunity to return to Bangladesh with a rare series win in South Africa.

They lost the second WODI despite a superb century from opener Fargana Hoque. She hit 11 fours en route to 102 off 167 balls. The ton was welcomed, but that strike rate of just 61.07 needs improvement as well. Hoque can lean on Fahima Khatun and others for support with the bat again.

Khatun, too, is a world-class all-rounder. Alongside Nahida Akter, Khatun is Bangladesh's top wicket-taker this series. They have snared three wickets each. Rabeya Khan and Sultana Khatun, meanwhile, have weighed in with two wickets each.

All four bowlers will know how key it is going to be to get the better of the opposition's top order this time. Wolvaardt and company were hardly troubled in the fixture earlier this week, unlike during the series opener. Conditions in Benoni should prove a hefty challenge for the Bangladesh bowlers.

RSAW vs BANW Toss Prediction

The venue for this match is Willowmoore Park in Benoni. The ground has previously hosted four women's ODIs, three of which were won by the team batting first and one tied.

The team to win the toss this time will likely opt to bat first as well. There can be a preference to set rather than chase targets in this format of the women's game.

Pitch and Conditions

The last three first-innings totals in WODI cricket at this venue have been 265, 196 and 149. A first-innings total of 200-plus here can be considered competitive.

Spinners should benefit from a dry pitch, which can generate extra bounce and turn. It's well worth playing two specialist slow bowlers here.

No rain is forecast in Benoni on matchday. We should get a full fixture in.

RSAW vs BANW Betting Tips

There hasn't been much to separate these teams on a consistent basis this tour. This should be another interesting tussle between the Proteas' batting firepower and Bangladesh's spinners, in particular.

South Africa, given the momentum of victory in the second match and homeground advantage again, should win this match.

Marizanne Kapp to be top South Africa Women bowler

Kapp is hugely experienced and has a masterful slower delivery in her armoury. This could again come in handy against opposition batters expecting pace on the ball. Kapp only has two wickets this series, but it's the most by any South African bowler.

Laura Wolvaardt to be top South Africa Women batter

Wolvaardt is looking empowered rather than limited by the captaincy. She has been prolific for the Proteas Women for an extended period and hit a half-century in the previous match. Another big knock from here could take the hosts to series victory.

Fargana Hoque to be top Bangladesh Women batter

Hoque hit a sterling century in the second match, even if it came rather slowly. She should open the batting again and have another opportunity to score quickly during the powerplay. Hoque was also in fine form against Pakistan Women before this tour of South Africa.
