The Netherlands has been growing from strength to strength in the last couple of years. They played some excellent cricket in the previous T20 World Cup edition and finished in the Top 8. As a result, they became the only non-Full Member to earn an automatic qualification based on their performance.
With two of its key players, Colin Ackermann and Roelof van der Merwe set to miss out on this tournament, the Netherlands will rely on its core players to deliver the goods. Skipper Scott Edwards, Max ODowd, Vikramjit Singh, Teja Nidamanuru, and Bas de Leede put up some impressive performances during the most recent ODI World Cup and will hope to replicate the same.
Young Michael Levitt, who scored a century against Namibia earlier this year gets rewarded with a place in the squad.
Logan van Beek will lead the pace attack alongside Paul van Meekeren and Vivian Kingma while Aryan Dutt and Tim Pringle will feature in the spin department.

Kushal Bhurtel and Aasif Sheikh make up for a good opening pair but the team’s real strength lies in its middle order. Dipendra Singh Airee is in particularly good form of late and will have the support of skipper Rohit Paudel, Sompal Kami, and Kushal Malla.
We can see Nepal getting to par totals consistently in this edition of the T20 World Cup especially against some of the associate nations that it will play against.
Karan KC and Gulsan Jha are likely to begin the attack with the new ball and will be supported by Sompal Kami. As Sandeep Lamichhane's participation in this match is uncertain, it leaves Lalit Rajbanshi as the only quality spinner on the squad.
Nepal will hope that the conditions are low and slow as that is what they are used to.
