Beth Mooney continued with her good batting form as she slammed her second consecutive half-century, albeit for a losing cause. She is the leading run-scorer for the team with 211 points. However, the other batters haven’t been up to the task, and have often collapsed under pressure.

The UP Warriorz have had a rollercoaster ride this season. At one stage, they were almost out of the race for the playoffs. However, an inspired performance from the likes of Deepti Sharma and Saima Thakor has kept them in the hunt.

Sharma was in scintillating form in the last match as she scored 59 runs and also picked up 4 wickets. She was instrumental in helping the team beat Delhi by a whisker and keep their hopes alive. Deepti is now the leading run-scorer for the team with 207 runs, and also the joint-highest wicket-taker.

The opening pair of Alyssa Healy and Kiran Navgire has been a bit inconsistent and the team will want them to get a strong start. Grace Harris is another reliable all-rounder in the middle order. UP has a strong spin attack consisting of Deepti Sharma and Sophie Ecclestone, both of whom have 8 wickets, as well as Rajeshwari Gayakwad, who has 5.

However, the team is a bit lacking when it comes to pace options.
