The left-hander has more than 1000 runs and three half-centuries. Daryl Ferrario has made notable contributions in both batting and bowling departments with 500 runs and ten wickets.

Thangarasu Natarajan was the chief destroyer against Nellai with the ball. The left-arm pacer took three for 14 in four overs against them. Esakkimuthu A also took a wicket.
