Amit Sathvik had a strong season in 2024 for the side after hitting half-centuries against Salem Spartans and Lyca Kovai Kings. Wicketkeeper-batter Tushar Raheja has moved up the ranks to the Tamil Nadu state side. He hit 55 against Uttarakhand in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2024/25. His second-last innings in the TNPL 2024 was also worth 55 runs. Left-handed batter K Rajkumar has been known to make starts of 20s and 30s but will want to convert into bigger scores this season.

Among the all-rounders, Radhakrishnan stands out with his ambidextrous bowling and solid batting skills. He hit a half-century against Nellai Royal Kings in last year’s edition. V Anovankar is a tidy all-round performer. Domestically, he hit two half-centuries for Ramanathapuram in the SSRajan T20 Trophy 2024.

Mathivannan M is a valuable all-rounder. He hit 59 not out against Nagapattinam and took two wickets in the same match earlier this year. Mohamed Ali is a superb all-round asset with five scores of 28 or more in his past ten T20s.

The bowling lineup is spearheaded by Thangarasu Natarajan. The left-armer has played in all three formats for India, with seven T20I wickets in four innings. Captain and left-arm orthodox spinner Sai Kishore has been instrumental in the IPL to earn himself an India T20I call-up. He has four T20I wickets in three matches.

Mohan Prasath gives the bowling lineup added depth with eight wickets for Coimbatore in the SS Rajan T20 Trophy for 2024/25.

Vijay Shankar, with extensive IPL experience and the taste of international cricket in him, has a strike rate of almost 140 in his T20I innings. All-rounder Swapnil Singh has extensive T20 experience in domestic cricket with 988 runs and 73 wickets.

J Prem Kumar is a right-arm medium pacer with his only TNPL 2024 bowling performance being two for 26 in four overs. Aushik Srinivas was playing for Salem Spartans in 2024. He took one for ten in three overs against his new franchise.

M Silambarasan, another left-arm spinner, complements the spin department and has been as good as one for ten in four overs against Salem Spartans in the previous season.
