Zalmi shook off consecutive defeats to the Gladiators and Karachi Kings by beating the Sultans recently. They'll have a challenging fixture against the Qalandars on Sunday and, amid a quick turnaround, face Islamabad on Monday. They're in for an interesting couple of days.
Babar Azam has raced to the top of Zalmi's run-scoring ranks this PSL season. The mercurial batter has gathered 171 runs in three innings. He has almost 100 runs more than any other Peshawar Zalmi batter this season. Anticipate another telling showing from this star right-hander.
Luke Wood and Salman Irshad have shared 10 wickets for Zalmi in the 2024 Pakistan Super League. They are bowling well individually and collectively. The right-armer is complementing the left-armer superbly. Both have tricky bowling actions for the opposition batters to navigate.
