Pakistan has won three consecutive T20I matches, all against Bangladesh
Abrar Ahmed will be a key weapon for Pakistan in the battle of the spinners
Bangladesh continues to struggle massively with its batting in T20 cricket
First dismissal of the match to be Fielder Catch
This bet would be one of the more certain bets going around. Five of Bangladesh’s seven dismissals against Sri Lanka were caught dismissals being caught by fielders. The nature of the format means that the ball should head into the air often, giving catching chances away.
Total fours fpr Bangladesh in the match to be under 11.5
Bangladesh only required four boundary fours against Sri Lanka to get the job done. The Bangladeshis may struggle to find the boundary against the quality Pakistani attack. This should be a bet for the safe bettors.

Pakistan travels to Bangladesh for a quick T20 series, and although Pakistan is the favorite to win, it is no longer as clear-cut as it once was. A Bangladesh win may not be unthinkable after obliterating Sri Lanka by eight wickets with more than three overs to spare in their previous T20I. The Pakistan side has most departments covered though. They should nick another win against their Asian rivals.

Pakistan have risen to the occasion against Bangladesh with a clean sweep in the T20I series between them earlier this year. Pakistan have also won four of the last five T20I meetings. Bangladesh have one win in those five matches.
The first T20I of this series between Bangladesh and Pakistan will take place on Sunday, 20 July 2025 at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur. YouTube and the Sports TV channel will be the respective places to catch the action in India.

Litton Das will bring an aura with him after blazing 114 runs in the previous T20I series to also earn himself the player-of-the-series against Sri Lanka. Tanzid Hasan is one of the electric opening batters. The youngster smacked 73 runs not out off 47 balls in his previous innings.
Towhid Hridoy composed himself in his previous T20I innings to walk away with a steady 27 runs unbeaten. Shamim Hossain is an all-round contributor. The young all-rounder bowled a tidy one for ten in two overs.
Rishad Hossain will be pleased with his efforts in the second T20I against Sri Lanka. The all-rounder took three for 18 with the ball. Jaker Ali has stacked up some impressive numbers in domestic T20 cricket. The batter has over 750 BPL runs with one half-century.
The bowling attack for Bangladesh includes a mix of pace and spin. Mustafizur Rahman leads the charge with his left-arm pace and clever variations. Alongside him is another left-armer in Shoriful Islam. The pair of left-arm pacers took a wicket each in the third T20I against Sri Lanka.
Tanzim Hasan Sakib provides youthful excitement to the pace battery. The 22-year-old fast bowler has 35 BPL wickets. Mahedi Hasan would have answered his critics with four for 11 in four overs to get player-of-the-match against Sri Lanka.

Sahibzada Farhan has made waves in domestic T20 cricket. The Pakistani opening batter has over 900 PSL runs with one century and six half-centuries. Young Saim Ayub is a dynamic left-handed batter. Farhan’s opening batting partner hit 45 runs against Bangladesh in his previous T20I innings.
Mohammad Haris has started his T20I career smashingly, with over 350 runs and a century. Hasan Nawaz extends the batting depth with more than 200 T20I runs, a century and a half-century.
Salman Agha should give the side extra punch in the middle overs. The Pakistani skipper hit a half-century against Bangladesh previously. Khushdil Shah has turned himself into a proper three-dimensional player since improving his bowling. The all-rounder has over 3500 runs and 90 wickets in T20s.
Faheem Ashraf is another of the versatile cricketers in the side. The all-rounder took 17 wickets, including a five-wicket and four-wicket haul in the recent PSL. Mohammad Nawaz continues to improve the balance of the side with spin-bowling and hitting in the death overs. Nawaz has over 450 runs and 50 wickets in T20Is.
Abbas Afridi paved the way for a win in the third T20I of the previous series against Bangladesh with two wickets in the final T20I. Sufiyan Muqeem is one of the newer players on the scene for the national team. The wrist-spinner earned a player-of-the-series award after nine wickets against Zimbabwe in 2024.
Abrar Ahmed should be the leading spinner. He took three for 19 in the second T20I against Bangladesh in the previous series.
Sahibzada Farhan, Saim Ayub, Mohammad Haris (wk), Hasan Nawaz, Salman Agha (c), Mohammad Nawaz, Khushdil Shah, Faheem Ashraf, Abbas Afridi, Sufiyan Muqeem, Abrar Ahmed
The previous match between the teams was won by Pakistan after chasing 197 in the 18th over. The BPL final at the same venue was won by Fortune Barishal after they were also involved in a run chase. Both captains should see bowling first as being fit for the occasion.
The pitch at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur should capture the imagination of the slower bowlers and the spinners. The turn on the surface would mean that the batters will need to adjust and come up with clever plans against spin-bowling and variations. The average first innings score in the Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka T20I series was 155.
Rain should not be an issue worth worrying about at only 15 percent chance. The match is likely to go ahead uninterrupted with some extremely warm and humid conditions.
The Bangladesh side will need to make close to zero errors against a side that will be committed to winning this T20I. Pakistan could take the early lead in the T20I series after starting to build some solid combinations in their squad.
Bet on Pakistan to win this match.
BAN vs PAK win percentage stands at 55% in favor of PAK.
