The Bengaluru Blasters have reached the finals of the Maharaja Trophy twice, including during the previous season. However, the title continues to elude them to date.
Mayank Agarwal continues to lead a squad that has some quality batsmen, including LR Chethan, Rohan Patil, Mohsin Khan, and B Raju. Chethan was the leading run-scorer for the team last year and will once again play an important role here.
The squad also has some experienced all-rounders like Madhav Bajaj, Shubhang Hegde, and S Akhil. Bajaj had bowled a couple of decent spells for Hubli last year, while Hegde was brilliant with the ball for Bengaluru last year. They form a formidable spin attack.

The Mysore Warriors had reached the finals of the 2023 edition but were defeated by the Hubli Tigers. However, they came back stronger in 2024 and went the full distance, lifting the coveted Maharaja Trophy for the first time in their history.
The Mysore Warriors have managed to retain the core that had propelled their success last season. Karun Nair, Prasidh Krishna, Karthik CA, and Karthik S U continue to play with the team. Nair was the leading run-scorer last year, while Karthik CA was the joint-highest wicket-taker for the team.
One big addition to the squad during the preseason auction was that of Manish Pandey. He brings in plenty of experience to the batting line-up and has a good record in the IPL as well. S Sharath is likely to reprise his role behind the stumps, while all-rounders Krishnappa Gowtham, Y Parantap, and Harshil Dharmani will add depth to the batting.
LR Kumar, who was the leading wicket-taker of the last season, comes in to add heft to the seam attack along with Krishna. Kushal Wadhwani comes in as a specialist spinner.
