SRH has won 6 of its last 7 matches at home
LSG has lost 4 of its last 5 IPL matches
SRH's batting is quite possibly the strongest we have seen in the history of the IPL
This is one of the highest scoring venues of the IPL where a team scored almost 300 runs. We are happy to bet that no team will play out a maiden in this match either!
The pitch in Hyderabad is excellent to bat on. The boundaries here aren’t the longest and the outfield is lightning fast. As both teams have some big strikers of the ball, we are likely to see at least a couple of big overs in this match.
The Sunrisers Hyderabad will look to continue its dominance at home as they host the Lucknow Super Giants for match number 7 in the ongoing Indian Premier League. The two teams will clash on Thursday at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.

The two teams have faced each other in 4 matches to date. The Super Giants have won 3 while SRH won once.

The Sunrisers Hyderabad made waves with their aggressive batting last season and the trend seems to have spilled over to this edition as well. SRH put up a brilliant performance in their opening fixture to defeat RR by 44 runs.
SRH will once again bank on its strong batting line-up to deliver the goods. Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head make up one of the strongest and most aggressive batting line-ups in the league and they got SRH to yet another flying start.
The inclusion of Ishan Kishan has bolstered an already strong middle order, as he joins the likes of Heinrich Klaasen, Nitish Reddy, Aniket Verma, and Abhinav Manohar. SRH boasts of a strong pace department that will be headlined by Pat Cummins and Mohammed Shami.
Harshal Patel has been a consistent performer in the past seasons and could be dangerous on any given day. Adam Zampa will spearhead the spin department. The bowlers were quite expensive in the first match and will have to work on their line and length if they want to dry up the runs.

Despite playing well in their first match, the Lucknow Super Giants faced heartbreak on Monday as they were defeated by Delhi Capitals in a thrilling encounter. Nevertheless, these are early days in the tournament and LSG will look to bounce back here.
LSG are heavily dependent on their all-rounders to score runs and that could be a potential weakness for them. That said, Mitchell Marsh, Aiden Markram, and Ayush Badoni are quite handy with the bat and can score important runs. However, Nicholas Pooran, David Miller, and Rishabh Pant will have to shoulder most of the scoring responsibilities and at least one of them needs to play a big knock here.
Pooran was in belligerent form in the previous fixture as he scored 75 from just 30 deliveries. LSG’s pace department has been left considerably weak as 4 of its frontline seamers are nursing injuries. Mohsin Khan has already been ruled out of the tournament while Mayank Yadav will miss the first half of the season.
As the team sweats over the availability of Avesh Khan and Akash Deep, Shardul Thakur will be their strike bowler and will be supported by Prince Yadav. Ravi Bishnoi and Shahbaz Ahmed will lead the spin attack.

Half of the last 10 IPL matches played here have been won while batting first, while the other half were won while chasing. In 4 matches, the skipper winning the toss has opted to bat first, while in 6 games, they have opted to chase. Looking at the way the pitch has played in the previous match, batting first might be a better option.
The pitch at Hyderabad is excellent to bat on. The surface is flat and hard, offering excellent pace and bounce. The batsmen can back their skills and go for the big shots. While the seamers will get some help with the new ball, any loose deliveries will be punished.
The team batting first will look to score at least 230-240 runs to give their bowlers a fair chance at defending the target.
The weather will remain clear and warm with temperatures of around 30 degrees.
We are backing Hyderabad to win this match. They have one of the strongest batting units in the League and have a good record at home as well. With LSG missing some of its key bowlers, the SRH batsmen are likely to run riot. It will take something catastrophic for SRH to lose this match.
SRH vs LSG win percentage stands at 62% in favor of SRH.
