Terms and Conditions

By accessing OCB, you indicate that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. As used in this Agreement, the terms "Company", "we", "our" or "us" refer to Raketech Group PLC and its service providers. The terms "you" and "your" refer to any person or entity who uses the App or Services. 

We may amend this EULA, in whole or in part, at any time, by posting the amended terms and conditions on the App. We ask you to read these terms and conditions and our privacy policy carefully before accessing OCB or using the Services. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions and the privacy policy, please stop using OCB and/or the Services. 

CONTENT 

The content that you find on OCB is there for informational purposes only. Anyone who chooses to use our App always has free access to the information it contains. OCB may contain cricket match predictions and indications where bets can be placed. We reserve the right that the content may be changed at any time without us informing you of the same. 

DISCLAIMER 

OCB does not perform any check on the location of its users and cannot be held responsible if you have played with operators not having the required licenses or authorizations. It is up (a) to you to ensure you are authorized to gamble depending on your location and that the relevant operators have the license to offer gambling services to the relevant players, and (b) to the operators to perform the necessary know your client analysis on the relevant people purporting to play on their websites and ensure that the players are located in a jurisdiction in which they are allowed to offer gambling services and have obtained the necessary licenses and authorizations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

You understand that in no event shall the Company or any of its affiliates or third-party service providers be held responsible for damage, loss, injury, or any direct or indirect consequential damages caused by your inability to access OCB or our services. Consequently, we will not be responsible for any theft, contract, or misfortune that may result from your association with third parties. It includes any damages that may result from the loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible elements. 

WARRANTIES 

We and our affiliates and service providers provide the App and services to you "as is" and "as available". You expressly agree and understand that your use of the App and services is at your sole risk. The Company and our affiliates and third party service providers disclaim all warranties of any kind, express, implied or statutory, arising out of or related to the App or services, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information or otherwise, and any warranty with respect to the absence of patent, copyright or trademark infringement or the like. We and our affiliates and service providers assume no responsibility for the unavailability of the App or services, viruses caused by third parties, errors on the App or services or for information provided by third parties (including, but not limited to, content contained in emails sent through the subscription). 

EXTERNAL LINKS 

OCB may contain links to other websites or resources for your convenience and reference. However, the presence of these links does not warrant, represent, or show that we endorse or agree with the information or product found in them. We do not control or review resources linked to our App. Your choice to link to these websites is up to you, and we shall not be held responsible for any harm that might result from linking or using services or products on those websites. We urge you only to use the information you find here as a guide or for informational and entertainment purposes only. 

VIOLATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS 

The Company reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of the terms and conditions. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

The content and all intellectual property pertaining the App and services contained therein (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks and service marks) are owned by the Company or third parties, and all right, title and interest therein and thereto shall remain the property of the Company and/or such other third parties. The App and services may be used only for the purposes permitted by these terms and conditions. You are authorized solely to view and to retain a copy of the content of the App for your own personal use. You may not duplicate, publish, modify, create derivative works from, participate in the transfer or sale of, post on the World Wide Web or elsewhere on the Internet, or in any way distribute or exploit the App, services or any portion thereof for any public or commercial use without the express written permission of the Company. 

MINORS 

OCB is not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. App stores bring age gating tools to verify that only adults are using OCB. By accessing OCB, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. 

E-MAIL POLICY 

Company will not respond unless required to do so by law to any e-mail sent to us that contains threatening, malicious, pornographic, obscene, defamatory or other illegal or inappropriate material. We cannot and do not guarantee to respond to e-mails. 

COMPETITIONS AND PRIZE DRAWS 

The Company may run competitions, free prize draws and/or other promotions on the App. These will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be available to you. 

ASSIGNMENT 

We have the right to assign this Agreement to a subsidiary or affiliate company, or any third party, at any time without your consent. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent. 

TERMINATION 

The Company may terminate the services or restrict the access to them and/or terminate a subscription to the Newsletter without any prior notice to you when: (i) there is a regulatory or statutory change limiting our ability to provide the services; (ii) any event beyond our reasonable control prevents us from continuing to provide the Services; (iii) we consider in our sole discretion that any user abuses the services provided by OCB or acts in breach of the Terms; and (iv) there are other reasons we deem convenient. 

SEVERABILITY 

If any provision (or part provision) of the terms and conditions is held by any court, tribunal or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, not binding, or unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in force. 

GOVERNING LAW 

You agree that the App is governed by the laws of Malta.
