England Women
India Women
After several defeats in a row against the Indian women in the ODI format, England Women finally managed to secure a win against them. This would have broken the spell Indian women had cast over their England counterparts in the recent games. Indian Women also have a decent head-to-head record against England Women in ODIs.
Everyone construed England Women to run away with clear wins in the T20I and ODI series. However, Indian women have done a splendid job so far and are in contention to win the ODI series as well. You can expect a keen tussle here as both teams are likely to fight tooth and nail for the series win on the line.

Both skippers, Harmanpreet Kaur and Nat Sciver Brunt, sustained injuries during the tour. However, they were deemed fit for the remainder of the series. That apart, there are no other injury updates available for this contest.
The pitch available at the Riverside Ground in Chester-Le-Street will be helpful to both batters and bowlers at some point in time. For the ODI format, it is regarded as a medium scoring venue. You can expect an even pace and bounce. However, some lateral movement will be available from the track. Batting first on this track might allow a better chance of scoring big runs.
There is a likelihood of getting showers during this contest, and the temperature during the contest will hover around 18 degrees.
Amy Jones batted well in the second game of the ODI series. Due to her better batting form, we recommend her for the position of wicket-keeper.
The top batters for this encounter are likely to be Smriti Mandhana, Tammy Beaumont, Jemimah Rodrigues, and Sophia Dunkley.
The best all-rounders playing in this contest are Nat Sciver-Brunt, Sneh Rana, Deepti Sharma, and Pratika Rawal. Some other all-rounders that might come to the party are Alice Davidson-Richardson and Amanjot Kaur.
The best bowlers likely to do well in this contest are Sophie Ecclestone, Charlie Dean, Lauren Bell, Em Arlott, K Gaud, and Shree Charani.
We recommend Sophie Ecclestone for the position of captain due to her all-around bowling performance in the series. She can be a real game changer as she proved in her last contest with a three-fer.
Smriti Mandhana continues to do well on the tour. Even in the second contest that India lost, she was the top run-getter. We believe she will be the ideal candidate for Vice Captain.
Although we had to endure a rain-curtailed contest in the second game of the ODI series, English Women dominated the proceedings. Their bowlers reduced Indian batting to 143 for eight in 29 overs. It was a solid bowling performance from the England Women. Indian women will not be too perturbed by their display, though. It could be a one-time thing that can be put behind us.
Overall, we reckon England Women will be a slight favorite to win this encounter and take the series.
Sophie Ecclestone currently leads the fantasy points tally with 176 points, followed by Sophia Dunkley with 115 points and Deepti Sharma with 111 points.
Deepti Sharma with 92 runs is the leading batter of the series, together with Sophia Dunkley, who has also scored 92 runs. Smriti Mandhana has scored 70 runs.
Sophie Ecclestone has picked up a maximum of four wickets, followed by Sneh Rana, Charlie Dean, and Kranti Gaud with three wickets apiece.
Deepti Sharma has hit the only six so far in the series.
Sneh Rana has the best strike rate of 150 currently, followed by Sophie Ecclestone with 121.05 and Deepti Sharma with 93.88.
Sneh Rana has the best economy rate of 3.31, followed by Sophie Ecclestone with 3.81, and Arundhati Reddy with 4.20.
