Indian women pulled off a major surprise in the first T20I of their series against England Women. They beat the hosts with a whopping margin of 97 runs and took a 1-0 lead in the T20I series. The surprise was not so much about the win but the margin of victory.
The only England batter to do well in the first contest was their skipper, Nat Sciver Brunt. Only two other batters got into double figures. The Indian Women's team would be happy to have won this game without the services of Harmanpreet Kaur. She missed the first game due to precautionary measures. She might rejoin the playing eleven for this contest.

The Indian skipper Harmanpreet Kaur missed the first game due to a head injury. She might become available for the second game. This will strengthen the Indian batting. All other players from both sides are likely to be available for this contest.
The pitch for this contest is usually a high-scoring affair. It is likely to offer help to the bowlers and batters alike, though. Batters enjoy the conditions in the middle overs with even bounce that is helpful in stroke play. However, many high-scoring games have been played on this track. You can expect cloudy conditions for this contest, which will help seamers achieve lateral movement. Rain is expected to stay away from the venue.
The Indian wicketkeeper Richa Ghosh will be our best alternative for the position of wicketkeeper in the fantasy team. Her counterpart, Amy Jones, has not been in the best form with the bat recently.
The top batters we expect to do well in this contest are Smriti Mandhana, Danni Wyatt-Hodge, Shefali Verma, Sophia Dunkley, Tammy Beaumont, Jemimah Rodrigues, and Harlene Deol.
The top all-rounders for this contest are Nat Sciver Brunt, Alice Capsey, A Kaur, Sneh Rana, and Deepali Sharma.
The best bowlers for this contest are Sophie Ecclestone, Laureen Bell, Arundhati Reddy, Em Arlott, Richa Yadav, and Shree Charani.
Despite the loss in the first T20I for her team, Nat Sciver-Brunt did well with the bat. She will be expected to continue the good work. She is our choice for the Dream11 team.
Smriti Mandhana, with her batting and captainship, was exemplary in the first contest. She will be our alternative for vice-captainship.
Before entering this contest, both teams had performed well in their recent games. England Women were in red-hot form in their recent games against the Windies women. But the Indian women surprised them with a win in the first game of the series. However, we expect the England women to recover from the loss and level the series 1-1.
Smriti Mandhana, with a brilliant hundred in the opening game, leads the fantasy points tally with 167 points. Shree Charani is second with 118 points, and Nat Sciver Brunt is third with 108 points
Smriti Mandhana leads the batting charts with 112 runs, followed by Nat Sciver-Brunt with 66 runs and Harleen Deol with 43 runs.
Shree Charani with four wickets leads the most wickets list at the moment with four victims, followed by Lauren Bell with three. Radha Yadav and Deepti Sharma have two wickets each.
Smriti Mandhana has hit three sixes, followed by Em Arlott with one hit over the boundary.
Deepti Sharma has the best strike rate of 233.33, followed by Richa Ghosh with 200 and Harlene Deol with 186.96. Smriti Mandhana has a strike rate of 180.65.
Shree Charani not only has the highest number of wickets but also has the best economy rate of 3.13, followed by Sneh Rana with 6.50 and Lauren Bell with 6.75.
