The Welsh Fire men are currently situated way below in the points table at number 7 spot and have been inconsistent right throughout their campaign. They will be playing on their home ground and their captain will be keen to take advantage of this fact and keep their team alive for a place in the knockout stages of the competition. Welsh Fire have a pair of good opening batters and they can expect good contributions from players such as Johny Bairstow and Stephen Eskinazi.

Other players that will be looking to do well in their middle order are Joe Clarke, Luke Wells, Abell, and Stephen Eskinazi. But almost all these batters have proved to be inconsistent throughout the season.
