Peshawar Zalmi are in third position on the points table and are looking to reach another PSL final. They won the title in 2017. With four wins from their last six matches, they are in a good position to go further here, but will be hard pressed against a motivated Quetta Xi.

The first name on your Dream11 teamsheet should be Babar Azam. He has hit three half-tons and a century for Zalmi this season and is the leading run-scorer in the 2024 PSL so far with 394 in seven innings. Saim Ayub has also been in good form and is another Zalmi batter worth selecting.

For a solid trio of seamers, look no further than Luke Wood, Salman Irshad and Arif Yaqoob. The Zalmi seamers have each taken eight wickets in the 2024 PSL. They have bowled well with the new and older ball - inside and outside the powerplay. These are good options.

Quetta won three games in a row at the start of this year's PSL campaign, but have since suffered a string of inconsistency. They have still managed to hold onto a position in the top half of the points table, though. Victory over Zalmi could put them back on track.

Jason Roy has been key to some of their success. For a top international talent and vital cog in your Dream11 team, the England batter is a promising selection. And he's had Saud Shakeel alongside him for good support. You can pick each or both of these players. 

Abrar Ahmed and Akeal Hosein are an outstanding spin combination. The leg-spinner and finger spinner have shared 20 wickets this tournament. Conditions at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium could suit them. There should be extra turn and bounce on offer.
