The Rajasthan Royals are back in familiar territory as they return to the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Rajasthan’s performance has been a bit underwhelming, to say the least. Despite having a strong team with talented domestic players, the team has been unable to deliver the desired results.
On the other hand, the Royal Challengers have fared better, especially in away games, where they have won 3 in 3. The batsmen have led the charge and have been well-supported by the bowlers. RCB hopes to continue playing well and climbing up the table.

There are no injuries to report from either side
This is the first match of this season that will be played in Jaipur so we reckon that chasing might be a better option here. That said, we expect a good batting surface that has good pace and bounce. The bowlers might get some help if they pitch the ball in the right areas.
The afternoons in Jaipur are very hot and dry and the temperature will remain over 35 degrees with bright sunshine. It is unlikely that dew will play a part here.
Both, Sanju Samson and Phil Salt have played well this season and find a place in our team.
Virat Kohli, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Rajat Patidar are our primary choices in this slot. We are also picking up Tim David as he has played some good cameos.
While there are quite a few all-rounders in both teams, there hasn’t been a standout performer. Nevertheless, we are picking up Riyan Parag and Liam Livingstone as they have been the best among the lot.
The seamers are likely to get more wickets here and that’s why we are opting for Jofra Archer and Josh Hazlewood. Theekshana is our first-choice spinner to keep a balanced attack.
We are going with Virat Kohli as our captain. He seems to be in good form and has played well in almost all matches. Seeing the way he has batted, Kohli looks set for a big inning soon and this might be his game.
Sanju Samson is the leading run-scorer for the Rajasthan Royals and has a good record at Jaipur. He is also quite sharp behind the stumps and can earn points while fielding.
Both teams have some quality players and it is not difficult to choose a strong playing XI for your Dream11 Team. Since this is the first match of the season that will be played at Jaipur, we have tried to pick up a balanced team that has a good mix of batsmen and bowlers. We have also tried to take in as many good all-rounders as possible who can earn points with both, the bat and the ball.
Rajat Patidar has the most fantasy points in the last 5 matches. He has an aggregate of
376 points at an average of 75 points per match.
Virat Kohli (186), Rajat Patidar (186), Sanju Samson (178)
Josh Hazlewood (8), Krunal Pandya (7), Wanindu Hasaranga (6)
Riyan Parag (11), Tim David (9), Shimron Hetmeyer (9)
Tim David (195.74), Phil Salt (171.01), Nitish Rana (179.36)
Riyan Parag (6.25), Bhuvaneshwar Kumar (7.80), Suyash Sharma (8.50)
