After a torrid time of it, Rajasthan’s hopes may be resting on two of the youngest players in the team. Yashasvi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Suryavanshi were incredible with a 166-run opening stand in 11.5 overs against Gujarat. They will need more moments of magic like that to make a charge up the table.
Mumbai have been going like a train with win after win. A win away from home could be the tonic they need to be on the home straight towards the final four teams. They have a settled unit with franchise veterans still plying their trade in the blue and gold.
The team that has blown mostly cold this season takes on a team that is gathering momentum and looking to make their spot in the top four comfortable.

The spinners tend to grow in influence as the game progresses at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium because of the hot and dry conditions. The batters will need to find the balance between taking calculated risks and playing to the situation. The final three matches in Jaipur in 2024 were all successful chases by the chasing sides. The respective targets were 184, 197 and 180.
South African wicketkeeper-batter Ryan Rickelton debuted in IPL 2025 with Mumbai Indians. He currently sits on 273 runs in 10 matches at an average of 30.33, including two half-centuries and a top score of 62 not out.

The Mumbai Indians' Jasprit Bumrah has already claimed a four-wicket haul this season. He has a total of three four-wicket hauls and two five-wicket hauls in his IPL career.
Sandeep Sharma has been a consistent performer with the new ball across all his years of the IPL. The right-arm seamer is four wickets away from 150 IPL wickets.
Suryakumar Yadav has yet to hit a single-digit score this season, highlighting his ability to be a constant run-machine. The right-handed batter has over 400 runs this year, the fourth time doing so in an IPL season. He has three half-centuries in IPL 2025 too.
Yashasvi Jaiswal has not let up in IPL 2025. The left-hander has continued his form from previous seasons four half-centuries in his previous five innings. The innings he missed out was when he fell one run short against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
The pitch conditions will favour batting. You will be blessed with international-quality batters on both sides. There are plenty of players who have scored milestones recently. You will also have an array of proven batters mixed with up-and-coming youngsters to work with.
The all-rounders will be useful choices too. Players like Will Jacks and Wanindu Hasaranga are both capable of fiery strikes with the blade and add variation with their spin bowling.
