RCB vs GT Dream11 Prediction Today | Fantasy Cricket Tips, Playing XI, Pitch Report – IPL 2025, 14th Match

Match Preview

The RCB and GT teams have made a decent start to the competition with victories. Last night, the Gujarat Titans recorded a comfortable win over the Mumbai Indians. This was their first win of the new season and has propelled the team into third position in the points table.

The good news for the Gujarat outfit is that their openers, Shubman Gill and Sai Sudarshan, were in great form. An excellent contribution from Jos Buttler followed this. Mohammad Siraj got them early dismissal during their bowling effort.

RCB is off to a flyer in this year's IPL with two wins on the trot. All their key team members are in great touch and eyeing another win here. Phil Salt and Virat Kohli have looked good in both games played so far, and the skipper Rajat Patidar will be looking to handle the middle overs.

He has also been on the runs. Josh Hazelwood has been among the wickets in both games and bowled economically. This augurs well for RCB. Krunal Pandya picked up some crucial wickets in the first game against KKR.

Injuries & Illnesses

There are no injury updates available for this contest. We assume both full sides will be available for selection on matchday.

Pitch Report & Weather Conditions

This game will be played at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. This is primarily a batting-friendly track for the most part. There will be some pace and bounce available for the seamers, though. They may even get lateral movement from the track early in the innings. But eventually, the track will settle into a batting track.

Clear skies are expected for this contest. The temperature during the encounter will remain close to 32 degrees, and you can expect dry conditions. Showers are not possible during this contest. The weather gods will not help the bowlers.

RCB vs GT Dream11 Top Picks

Wicketkeeper

The wicket-keeper batter for RCB in this game is likely to be their overseas player Phil Salt (222 points). Jos Buttler (175 points) will be the alternative for the Gujarat Titans in this contest. These players have made a good beginning with the bat for their respective teams, scoring runs upfront. But Philip Salt, with his two solid contributions and 167 points, will be our choice for the wicket-keeper over Jos Buttler, who has 136 points.

Batters

Some of the batters likely to emerge as the top batters for the game are B Sai Sudarshan (263 points), Virat Kohli (162 points), Rajat Patidar (175 points), and Philip Salt. They have also collected more Dream11 points than other batters and are in better nick.

All Rounders

One of the top all-rounders for RCB in this contest is likely to be Liam Livingstone (114 points). The overseas player has not made many runs thus far, but will be one of their top contenders. Other crucial all-rounders for RCB include Krunal Pandya (115 points) and Romario Shepherd (0 points). The top all-rounders for GT will be Rashid Khan (57 points), Karim Janat, and Glenn Phillips. Phillips and Janat are yet to open their account in the points tally.

Bowlers

Josh Hazlewood (176 points) has been the leading bowler for RCB with five wickets from two games. R Sai Kishore (139 runs) has been a good bowler for GT with four wickets from two games. Other bowlers who have collected valuable wickets are Yash Dayal (114 points), Krunal Pandya, and Liam Livingstone.

RCB vs GT Captain and Vice-Captain Choices

Captain

B Sai Sudarshan has played well for GT in the last couple of games and has collected 204 points. He will be our alternative to lead the Dream11 in this encounter. He has scored 137 runs in his last couple of games and has scored 504 runs from his last ten games with an average of 56 and a strike rate of 152.72.

Vice-Captain

At this encounter, Philip Salt will be our nominee for the vice captain position. He has looked to be the most consistent batter in the competition thus far. He has scored 88 runs from his last two games and looked good in both.

RCB vs GT Team Expert Advice

The toss might not be crucial for this encounter, although the skipper winning the coin flip is likely to opt to field first here. The track will initially assist the quicks, although it will ease into a batting track later. The RCB has made a whirlwind start to their campaign and appears to be the team to beat this year. RCB is more likely to come out trumps here with their smoothly oiled machine.
