Kolkata Knight Riders are starting to build momentum again after up and down results. The signs could be ominous for the rest of the teams if the Knight Riders get their mojo back again. They were a well-driven team with Ajinkya Rahane at the head of things.
Shreyas Iyer has had some brilliant individual performances for Punjab Kings, but will need support around him from the batting group and the bowling group taking regular wickets.
With both teams equal on six points, a win for either team helps them start to creep up the table and away from the other.

Lockie Ferguson of Punjab Kings went off injured two balls into his spell against Sunrisers Hyderabad
57 percent of the matches at this venue have been won by the sides batting second. The night conditions and high level of humidity mean that dew could be a factor to consider. 70 percent of wickets at the venue have come through pace.
Prabhsimran Singh could be a worthy choice for the wicketkeeper selection. His form is red-hot after blasting 42 runs against Sunrisers Hyderabad. He has a half-century from earlier in the tournament against Lucknow Super Giants.
Priyansh Arya earned his maiden IPL century against Chennai Super Kings and backed it up with 36 runs in no time against Sunrisers Hyderabad. The experienced Indian international pair of Ajinkya Rahane and Venkatesh Iyer have over 300 runs this season together. Sheryas Iyer has 24 IPL half-centuries.
Marco Jansen has yet to reach his potential in the IPL, but it may be difficult to bet against the South African. West Indian Sunil Narine has the same number of half-centuries and four-wicket hauls in the IPL with seven of each other. He has one five-wicket haul and one century in addition to those achievements.
Harshit Rana of KKR will be dangerous across all phases of the game. He has five wickets in his past three IPL games. Varun Chakravarthy is another bowler from the same franchise who would be worth your while to have in the lineup. His best bowling figures this season are three for 22.
With three half-centuries in the past five IPL innings, do not look past Shreyas Iyer to be your captain. His returns have gone above and beyond the call of duty. His runs will be an important factor to determine the outcome of the match.
With a job to do when he has the bat and the ball, expect Sunil Narine to break the game open and earn you a heap of points along the way. With over 180 matches behind him, in an IPL career including a top score of 109 and best bowling of five for 19.
You may want to play to the strengths of the lineups and their performances. Punjab Kings have been a side with blistering starts with the bat. Their middle order batting has come to the party too. Kolkata Knight Riders have been largely built around their middle order and batting depth down the order. Their openers have made the occasional meaningful innings outside of short and sharp cameos.
Shreyas Iyer of Punjab Kings has 512 Dream11 points
Punjab captain Shreyas Iyer has 250 runs in only five innings
Mystery-spinner from KKR, Varun Chakravarthy, has eight wickets
Shreyas Iyer has topped the boundary charts here with 20 sixes
Lockie Ferguson’s strike rate of 400 trumps everyone. Both Priyansh Arya with a strike rate of 220.45 and Shreyas Iyer with a strike rate of 208.33 are notable mentions.
The most economical bowler on show is Kolkata’s Moeen Ali with 5.38
