This will be the third match of the tournament. Dubai Capitals have already played one game of the 2025 Global Super League. The Hobart Hurricanes will give their first showing of the tournament in this match. Both teams are the champions of their respective domestic T20 competitions. Both franchises had never played in the Global Super League before this year.

Both squads have no injuries or players unavailable to worry about for this pivotal clash.
The weather conditions will be typically tropical with potential light rain showers throughout matchday. The seamers should find movement off the deck with the new ball, while the spinners may find grip and turn once the surface dries out. The batters will need to take a clever approach to scoring runs on a tricky surface. Victoria was bowled out for 122 in last year’s Global Super League final.
Ben McDermott comes off the back of an amazing BBL season with 186 runs and striking at 144.19.
Bhanuka Rajapaksa should keep the run rate progressing along nicely. The middle-order batter has scored runs against the best in the world for Sri Lanka. Rajapaksa has over 700 T20I runs with three half-centuries. Sahibzada Farhan should give the team extra energy in the powerplay.
The Pakistani opening batter hit three half-centuries and a century in the PSL. 23-year-old Sediqullah Atal could create more havoc against the Hurricanes. He has nailed his spot in the side with over 1500 T20 runs and a T20 high score of 95 not out.
Shakib Al Hasan is not short on milestones in T20s with 33 half-centuries and 17 innings of four or more wickets. Gulbadin Naib had an ILT20 from a different planet. The Afghan all-rounder took his game to new heights with over 350 runs and 11 wickets in the ILT20 2025.
Mohammad Nawaz is an international-quality all-rounder. The Pakistani player has over 450 runs and 50 wickets in his T20I career. Odean Smith has earned the honour of playing for his national side. The West Indian has taken 27 wickets at T20I level, while also scoring 193 runs at the level.
Jackson Bird only played a small part in the latest edition of the BBL. The fast bowler raced to seven wickets in only three innings. Canadian Kaleem Sana will be looking to rip through batters’ hearts with over 60 wickets in T20s.
The left-armer has five four-wicket hauls in the format. Khuzaima Tanveer had an exceptional ILT20 with seven wickets in the tournament.
30-year-old Ben McDermott should be a titan in this game after years of T20 experience in him. The Australian wicketkeeper-batter has more than 4500 T20 runs with three centuries and 30 half-centuries.
Odean Smith is a West Indian player who should add to the depth of understanding about the West Indian pitches. Smith hit over 280 runs at a strike rate of 279.21 in the Jamaican T10.
The all-rounders are always a valuable commodity in T20 cricket. There are a number of West Indians available across both squads. Their local knowledge of Guyana should strengthen your Dream11 team.
The seamers should be effective in the powerplay. Early seam movement would be a consideration given the damp weather on the day. The spinners should also be among the best bets to have in your lineup.
Shakib Al Hasan came alive in the previous match, taking him to 532 Dream11 fantasy points. Gulbadin Naib has 460 points from his recent T20s.
Shakib Al Hasan’s 58 runs take him to the top of the pile. Sediqullah Atal hit 41 runs in the same game.
Shakib Al Hasan starred with the ball after four wickets against the Central Stags. Khuzaima Tanveer took two wickets that match.
Sediqullah Atal and Shakib Al Hasan were the only six-hitters against the Stags. They hit two and one respectively.
Jesse Bootan roared his way to a strike rate of 181.82. Sediqullah Atal at 164 and Shakib Al Hasan at 156.76 were not too shabby either.
Shakib Al Hasan has an outstanding economy rate of 3.25. Aryaman Varma continues on the trend of exceptional control with the ball at 5.75 runs per over.
