Officially home to the Bangladesh Premier League side Khulna Tigers - though they often play elsewhere - the ground opened in 2004 in time to help host that year's Under-19 World Cup.
The Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium became the seventh international ground in Bangladesh and can host more than 15,000 cricket fans.

The ground is named after a Bangladeshi politician and was previously known as Bir Shrestha Shahid Flight Lieutenant Motiur Rahman Stadium.
Abul Hasan is responsible for one of the most memorable moments in the stadium's history, having made a century on his Test debut here despite coming in at number 10 in the order.
