Unlike their male counterparts, the West Indies W have played some excellent cricket in the last couple of weeks. After winning the ODI series 2-0, they have already won the T20 series too, and will now be hoping to complete the clean sweep.
Skipper Hayley Matthews has led her team from the front, contributing with the bat as well as the ball. She is the top run-scorer as well as the leading wicket-taker for the hosts in the T20 series and will play an important role here. She will be supported by Rashada Williams as an opening partner.
The likes of Shabika Gajnabi, Shemaine Campbelle, Zaida James, and Chinelle Henry add stability to the middle order. In addition to Hayley Matthews, the spin attack will feature Afy Fletcher as well as Ashmini Munisar, while the pace attack consists of Shamilia Connell, Chinelle Henry, and CA Fraser.

One of the biggest weaknesses for Ireland has been that it is lacking in depth of batting. In case the top 3 or 4 batsmen are dismissed early, the tail is exposed pretty quickly.
