SYD vs BH Team Previews
Sydney Sixers
The Sydney Sixers have been one of the most consistent teams in the recent seasons of the BBL. The team finished second on the points table at the end of the group stage and made it to their 6th consecutive knockouts.
They also went on to beat Brisbane Heat in the Qualifier and are now playing their 4th Finals in the last 5 seasons.
Despite the departure of James Vince, the Sixers boast of considerable firepower in their batting line-up. Daniel Hughes has been pretty consistent as an opener and will look to give the team a strong start alongside Jack Edwards.
The middle order has some talented players like Jordan Silk, Josh Philippe, and Moises Henriques. Henriques was in fine form during the Qualifiers as he slammed a half-century to help his team set up a match-winning total. Ben Dwarshuis picked up a fifer in the same match and will look to put up a similar performance.
He has received good support from Jack Edwards at the other end. However, Sean Abbott and the spinners, Steve OKeefe and Todd Murphy have been a bit consistent when it comes to picking up wickets.

Brisbane Heat
After losing the Qualifier against Sydney, the Brisbane Heat had to take the longer route to the finals as they faced the Adelaide Strikers in the Challenger. They have now made it to their second consecutive finals and will look to lift their first title in a decade.
Josh Brown was in exceptional form on Monday as Brisbane Heat handed a heavy defeat to the Adelaide Strikers on Monday. Brown bludgeoned a brilliant 140 from just 57 deliveries to help his team post a massive total of 214. As the team misses some of its top run-getters of the tournament, Brown will have another important role to play here.
There will also be an added responsibility on skipper Nathan McSweeney and Matt Renshaw to score runs during the middle overs. The bowling has been one of the biggest highlights of the team’s performance so far. Xavier Bartlett has led the way with 18 wickets and is the leading wicket-taker of the tournament.
The other seamers including Spencer Johnson, Paul Walter, and Michael Neser have given him excellent support from the other end. The spinners, Matthew Kuhnemann and Mitchell Swepson have bowled equally well, picking up 18 wickets between them.

SYD vs BH Toss Prediction
The team winning the toss will likely opt to bat first.

Pitch and Conditions
The pitch at the SCG generally allows for a good contest between the bat and the ball and we expect a similar pitch here. There is a good amount of pace and bounce on offer, especially when the ball is new. While the batsmen can use it to their advantage, the disciplined bowlers will be rewarded.
The pitch does slow down a bit in the second half but there won’t be a drastic difference in the way the surface plays. A score of over 170 will be difficult to chase, especially under the pressure of a Final.
There is no forecast for rain on Wednesday and the temperature will remain between 25 and 30 degrees Celsius.
SYD vs BH Betting Tips
The Sixers and the Brisbane Heat are two of the strongest teams in this season and are deserving of the finals. While it is difficult to pick a clear favorite, we feel that the Brisbane Heat has a slight edge in this contest thanks to a strong bowling line-up.
Bet on the Brisbane Heat to win.
Bonus Cricket Bets
The pitch at the SCG is well-balanced and provides plenty of assistance to the bowlers. As both teams have plenty of quality bowlers, we feel it will be difficult for the batsmen to go after them. The pressure of the Final also plays a role in the risk taking by the batters.
The Sixers are expected to open with Daniel Hughes and Jack Edwards. While Hughes has been a consistent performer with the bat, Jack Edwards is a quality all-rounder who can help his partner to give the team a strong start.
As the pitch at the SCG is good to bowl on, and with the quality of bowling from both sides, we can expect plenty of wickets to fall.
