Rajasthan Royals
The Rajasthan Royals effectively reached the play-offs on the back of eight wins in nine matches, but have since slipped to four successive defeats. Yuzvendra Chahal has been the Royals' most prolific wicket-taker in this year's IPL. As one of the best leg-spinners in the tournament, Chahal has taken 17 wickets in 13 matches. He has received good support from fast bowlers Avesh Khan and Trent Boult, who have shared 24 wickets.

The pitch at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium should be relatively fresh. The venue has only hosted one match this IPL. The Punjab Kings reached a 145-run target with seven deliveries to spare last time.
This isn't necessarily a high-scoring ground compared to others in India. A first-innings total of 160-plus could be considered competitive. Both teams will likely play two spinners here.
