Barring the loss against the Tiruppur Tamizhans, the Nellai Royal Kings have hardly faltered this season. They have won back-to-back matches after that loss and will be feeling pretty confident as they head into this match.
There have been some inspiring performances by the batsmen. Ajitesh Guruswamy is the leading scorer for the team and is averaging 62.66 this season. Arun Karthik slammed a century in the last match, scoring 104 of just 61 deliveries to lead his team to a win against the mighty Super Gillies.
Sri Neranjan and R Easwaran have got a couple of good starts but the team will expect some big innings from them going forward. Sonu Yadav has proved to be a handy all-rounder, picking up 5 wickets and also scoring 76 runs.
