Los Angeles Knight Riders
With one win and a loss in two matches, the Los Angeles Knight Riders have been a bit inconsistent this season so far. With 5 more matches to go for them including this one, the team will hope to gain 2 points and move to the top two on the table.
The Knight Riders boast of a strong batting unit but they need to be consistent in their performance. Sunil Narine, who was brilliant as an opener for KKR, hasn’t been able to replicate his form in this league. He is once again likely to join Jason Roy in the opening slot.
Unmukt Chand scored an excellent half-century in the first match but was out for a duck in his latest outing. The middle order has two strong performers in the form of Nitish Kumar and David Miller while Andre Russell and Shakib Al-Hasan will play the role of a finisher.
Coming to the bowling, Spencer Johnson has bowled well in both matches and will lead the pace attack. He will be joined by Ali Khan and Corne Dry. The spinners however have struggled, with Narine managing to pick up just 2 wickets.
