England

The English team led by their new captain Zak Crawley put up a terrific show of batsmanship in their last match to register a win by a margin of 48 runs. Batting first in this game, the hosts put up a massive total of 334 runs on the board. Englishmen are close to yet another series win against the Irish. Zak Crawley will be expecting his wards to keep up the good work and take a series win against Ireland by winning the 3rd game. Will Jacks came close to a hundred in this match but missed out in the end.

Zaks will be keen to provide England with another terrific start together with Phillip Salt. The middle order of English innings will be anchored by the skipper Zak Crawley. He will be looking to add runs together with Sam Hain and Ben Duckett. England has a deep batting order and they bat right down the order. You can expect contributions from the likes of Brydon Carse, Rehan Ahmed, and Jamie Smith. The English bowling attack on the other hand was not as dominant as their batters. But some good spells were bowled by the likes of George Scrimshaw and Matthew Potts.

Brydon Chase bowled well for England in their middle overs and the team management will be hoping for a similar line and length with Rehan Ahmed. This bowling attack completes with the presence of Will Jacks and Tom Hartley in their attack. Ireland

The Irish team led by Paul Stirling will have to do unbelievably well to stage a comeback in the only game available from the series. Their bowlers were hammered all around the park in the second ODI between the two countries. There were some positives for Ireland from that match though. Stirling will be happy with all the batting efforts put in by their lower middle order. However, the Ireland captain will be keen to get more effort from his teammates and their top-order batting during the third and last match of the series.

The most experienced batters from the Ireland team are Paul Stirling and Andrew Balbirnie. They will have to provide a positive start to the Ireland team in this match-up. Several batters such as Harry Tector, Lorcan Tucker, and Curtis Campher got starts in their last contest. But now they will have to convert these starts into bigger scores. Barry McCarthy, Craig Young, and George Dockrell will add depth to the batting order. The Irish bowling attack will have to be on its toes all the time and any diversion from line and length can go for a lot of runs.

The Ireland team will be looking for a good showing from the likes of Joshua Little and Mark Adair with their new ball. The Englishmen will come hard at them for sure in the last one-day game. The middle overs are usually manned by the likes of McCarthy and Craig Young. They will need to bowl well during their spell. The Ireland team will also be expecting good performances from the support bowlers such as Dockrell and Andy McBrine. There are several good all-rounders in the Irish ranks as well such as Paul Stirling, Mark Adair, Gareth Delany, and Andy McBrine.
