The bowling has been decent thanks largely to Levick (10/130), and Arlott did well enough with 7 wickets, but the team really should have had more from Flintoff (3/101), who is regarded as one of the best all-rounders in women’s cricket.

We have no idea what happened to opening batter Harris, who has just 27 runs for the season! Ghosh had a decent season in her last few games, but 78 runs from her is far below what she normally produces. Kerr has had some big games (116 runs) but is wildly inconsistent, and we thought Knight would have made a bigger impact than 112 runs. Gibson has been the most reliable batter with 128.
With the bowling, Glenn (9/97) has been excellent and really the only bowler who has threatened any opposing batters. She had a bit of help from Kerr with 6 wickets, but there was just no one else that scared anyone when Glenn or Kerr wasn’t bowling.
