These last couple of dismal performances from a capable side after a resounding victory at home is pretty much an indication of the kind of season the Birmingham Phoenix men had this year. It came at a bad time and a victory here would have made sure that they qualified for the knockout stages of the competition. However, now they are faced with a difficult do-or-die situation in their last game. Although they are playing the bottom-most team in the competition, they are going to need their A-game to win this contest. Despite having underperformed this year Birmingham Phoenix is a dangerous proposition. 

London Spirit will need to have their key players in top form. The London Spirit will require their key team members to be in good form. The London Spirit captain will require their important players to be in good form. The London Spirit captain Dan Lawrence has struggled in the number 3 position in their recent games and the lack of good form is a bit of a concern for the London men.
